Meet Luca Radomile
I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and mood disorders. I specialize in medication management and psychotherapy, combining evidence-based psychiatry with a grounded, collaborative approach. My goal is always the same: help you feel clearer, calmer, and in control of your mind again.
My Path in Psychiatry
I began my clinical career at the New Orleans Institute for Trauma and Compulsive Behavior, supporting individuals recovering from trauma, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors. That early experience gave me a deep respect for the body’s resilience and the complexity of emotional healing—a perspective that still shapes how I practice today.
After earning my advanced degree, I spent two years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at one of New York’s oldest nonprofit clinics, providing care to adults with complex medical and social needs, including unhoused and immunocompromised populations. Those years taught me that effective treatment must be both clinically rigorous and profoundly human.
Today, I work with professionals, creatives, and high-achieving adults who may appear composed on the outside but feel anxious, scattered, or exhausted within.

I’m committed to continual learning and clinical precision. Over the years, I’ve completed advanced trainings with:
Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy (founded by Dr. Aaron Beck) — integrating CBT principles into medication management and therapy.
Harvard Medical School’s Psychopharmacology Masterclass — deepening my understanding of the brain’s chemistry and how medication can restore balance.
Trauma-focused training with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, author of The Body Keeps the Score — refining how I approach the connection between mind, body, and nervous system.
These experiences have reinforced my belief that psychiatry works best when it’s integrative, informed, and grounded in both science and empathy.
My Approach
I offer both medication management alone and integrated medication + therapy for adults, depending on your needs and preferences. Some patients come to me already in therapy and want focused medication support. Others prefer a single, cohesive space that addresses both biology and emotion.
Follow-up sessions range from 15 to 45 minutes and can shift dynamically as your goals evolve. In our work, you can expect:
Direct communication and clear explanations
Collaboration in every decision
Responsiveness between sessions
Treatment that fits real life—not the other way around
My Philosophy
Medication can be transformative when used intentionally, but real healing involves more than prescriptions. It’s about understanding the patterns that drive your reactions and learning to regulate them from the inside out. I believe in a psychiatry that’s structured but human, data-informed but deeply personal.
Bilingual, Accessible Care
I’m licensed in New York and Florida and provide care in English and Spanish through secure telehealth. My practice is built for accessibility, privacy, and continuity—meeting patients where they are, literally and emotionally.
